TNG Winter Retreat 2025

Last week, we held our annual tech-focused winter retreat in Austria. The aim was to develop innovative technical solutions that create additional value for our customers and improve our market presence further. This year's focus was on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Our 900+ colleagues worked in small groups on exciting topics such as AI code migration, LLM fine-tuning and a robotic gripper arm, as well as further improving our own TNG AI tools.

In addition to the workshops, there was plenty of time for networking and socializing with colleagues.
