Relaunch of a B2C e-Commerce website

For a strongly growing online B2C retailer we eliminated considerable technical debt alongside a redesign of the online shop website. This had led to considerable improvements in responsiveness and increased application stability. The redesign included a completely new navigation structure, new behaviour for the product filters, optimization of the display on mobile devices and many other improvements in usability and sales handling. Due to the scale of the changes, a beta phase with limited functionality had been rolled out for a selected group of customers to minimize risks before the final release. Results from the beta phase could be integrated into the final implementation and contributed to a very successful release.
