Process Optimization Study

We investigated current corporate sales processes and the corresponding excel-based tooling for a telecommunications company. In close co-operation with the relevant business department, future end-users and internal IT, we detailed a new IT architecture and an implementation plan. We used methods such as Impact Mapping and the Persona concept to support analysis of the current and future situations and for data analysis. In preparation for the implementation, we identified quick-wins and formulated initial user stories and epics.
