JIRA-Upgrade

For a regional telecommunications provider we updated the highly customized JIRA, which is mainly used for the management of requirements, for two major versions. We automated the entire upgrade to detect and fix errors at an early stage. We set up the new infrastructure in a way that future updates could be performed semi-automatically. Additionally, we recorded short tutorial videos, in order to introduce the new features of JIRA.
