Due Diligence

We analyzed and evaluated the IT consolidation plans for a B2B mail order company planning to modernize and centralize its historically grown IT landscape. Therefore, we considered the IT infrastructure (hardware, firewall, storage, MDM/BYOD, integration of facilities) as well as the software IT systems (central merchandise management software/ERP, PIM, CRM) and the architecture that lies at the basis of the whole system. Based upon this analysis, we advise concrete steps and actions to be undertaken for restructuring and consolidationg the IT landscape.
